Here are a few pictures of the girls from Halloween.
Nana & Papa sent a package for all 3 girls to open. Included in this package were matching candy corn outfits - adorable!!
We had the cutest ballerina/princess, monkey, and bumble bee in town!!
We weren't sure the girls were going to make it past the first 3 houses. At the first house, a dad (who was trick-or-treating with his kids) was dressed up in a scary mask. This freaked the girls out. At the second house, a man dressed in a black robe, with red-beady eyes and holding a sword opened the door. "No more trick-or-treating!!" is what Grace told us. At house #3, they had converted the garage into a haunted house. From the street the girls were saying "I don't want to trick-or-treat! I want to go back home!!" Poor girls. Unfortunately for them, their parents were eager for candy and made them "persevere" through the scariness!! We also didn't want to end on a scary note for fear that they would be scarred for life and never go trick-or-treating again. And, sure enough, after going to several "nice" houses, they were on a roll and didn't want to stop. They would spot a light on and say "More candy!!" It was awesome - the Mommies & Daddies were thankful for their eagerness and our waistlines are now 3 inches bigger. :)
I'll put more pictures from Halloween and the Heimann's visit to Austin on our website soon.
